We are currently performing our annual inventory and warehouse audit.
As a result, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. Dispatch of currently unfulfilled orders will resume next week (January 13–17, 2026).
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
The estimated processing time during this period is 1–7 business days.

Due to the transition from BGN (Bulgarian Lev) to EUR in Bulgaria, our invoicing system is currently undergoing maintenance.
During this period, invoice download links are unavailable, and our support team does not have access to invoices.
The maintenance is expected to be completed within up to one week, after which invoice download links will be fully restored.

Due to the exceptionally high parcel volume, deliveries may take longer than usual.
What you may notice
- Tracking information updating slowly or not changing for several days
- Extended transit times
- Delays in courier processing even after parcels have been handed over
We confirm that all orders are shipped. These delays are caused entirely by courier network overload. Your order is still moving through the system, even if tracking does not reflect progress in real time.
Due to the increased number of requests during this period, our support team is also operating under higher load. We kindly ask customers to allow additional time before requesting an update on their order status.
Due to the overall congestion in courier networks during this period, even newly shipped parcels may experience slower transit times.
