Resetting your Shelly device is simple and ensures a fresh start for optimal performance.
For Shelly relays/controllers:
- The easiest method is to turn off the power supply to the device for 1 minute and then immediately flip the physical switch 5 times consecutively with a 2-second delay.
- Alternatively, toggle the power supply of the device on and off 5 times.
- If your device has a reset button, press and hold it for at least 10 seconds to initiate the reset process.
For Shelly battery sensors:
- Hold down the reset button for at least 10 seconds to perform the factory reset.
