What should I do if calibration on my Shelly 2.5/Plus2PM/Pro Dual Cover isn't working?

If you're encountering issues with calibration, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot. Firstly, ensure that your motor is AC-powered and actively consuming power. Each shutter should ideally be connected to its own Shelly device for optimal performance.


Additional Tips: If calibration continues to fail, try adjusting the Open/Close time settings using the application Shelly Smart control or directly from webUI of the device. For Shelly 2.5, set it to a maximum of 120 seconds each, and for Plus2PM/ProDualCover, set it to a maximum of 300 seconds.
